The ladies that work at the front desk are very polite and put smiles on alot of peoples faces. Shy is beautiful and really is a team player. Sherry that works at the dosing window has a awesome personality that anyone would be proud to have. CMS have a great bunch of people that really take there job serious when they need to be friendly and loving when they feel the need to just listen. Thank you very much for asking me to take this survey because I have been a client at CMS since 2014 and I appreciate the service.and the current staff.

All the front desk employees are amazing and go above and beyond to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. I have never had a bad experience with any of the nurses they always ask how you are doing and always have a smile on their face. Even if they may be tired or going through personal problems like all of us. They still do a great job at making you feel special, comfortable, and like you are the only one that matters while you’re dosing.

CMS has helped me regain a healthy relationship with my family. The staff is wonderful. If I ever had any issues or problems the receptionist especially (Schy) was always happy to help and get them resolved for me

The front desk personnel consistently demonstrate outstanding professionalism and a proactive approach to client assistance. I have been with CMS for over 3 years, I completed detox, impatient, phone, 13 months of sober living, gained full custody of my daughter back, currently work for the courthouse, all because it started with CMS and the willingness to change! My counselor Tina is amazing! Tonya has been a huge part of my journey as well, and the receptionist is such a kind hearted friendly person! So grateful for them and would definitely this place!

I disclosed dose-splitting to improve symptom control. The response wasn’t care—it was punishment. Instead of education or adjustment, they chose control and retaliation. This clinic teaches patients that transparency is dangerous. What concerns me most is not the policy, but the absence of clinical discretion. This experience makes it clear why patients withhold information in treatment settings. Recovery requires trust. This clinic actively undermines it. When an administrator responds to patient honesty with ‘he told on himself,’ it exposes a culture where disclosure is treated as misconduct and punishment is mistaken for care. This clinic’s dogmatic adherence to rules, stripped of clinical judgment or nuance, is not just misguided—it is dangerous. Healthcare systems that prioritize rigid compliance over individualized assessment do not promote recovery; they manufacture fear, silence, and predictable harm. Rules were enforced, discretion was absent, and the outcome speaks for itself.

I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone who encounter there, from the front desk, to the dosing counters, to the doctor's, to my counselor Latanya are amazingly awesome. This place has been a vital role in me keeping clean over the years. Im coming back on here 6 months later to continue to gush about how amazing this place is. I have a month takehomes now and am doing amazingly awesome these days and id never be able to do it without CMS. Not only is the entire place doing amazing work but they are so personable especially the front desk. Always make small talk and are always smiling...
